Hi there, I have gone through the topic Srinagar changed. But it appears the facts have not been unvieled. The ground situation has not been assessed. The fear and the scare is continously there in the masses and whenever any untoward incident occures, the geneal masses are being caught and beaten. So it means the ground situation is as it was in 1989. I advise you to first assess the situation and then report.
