It is a ploy. They need the tourists to earn money. Economy has been without earnings for a decade. If things are so hunky dory why hav'nt they invited the ousted Kashmiri Hindus back and handed back thier assets?

Handing over the land & property to the hindus back is a day dream. Wake up brother. These guys wont leave the place unless they are bombed by their fellow "Warriors"
