v have better alternatives 2 get power n v do not have any need 2 meet the pollution norms set 4 devloped countries. If v have 2 sign the deal then v better make a law that any one supplying equipment n uranium if has 2 take back the same then the co should not only bear the cost of dismantling n taking bak the equipment n nuclear fuel, but also bear the cost of de-contaminating the area used 4 using the equipment in order 2 enable the land 2 b used 4 any other purpose. N v must also insist on min. period of 10 years frm production of commercial electricity(test prod may start 5 yrs before actual cml prod), othervise payment of cost of electricity not produce 4 remaining period along with penalty. This will safe-guard india's intrests.

Ur points "v have better alternatives - wrong". "v do not have any need 2 meet the pollution norms set 4 devloped countries - wrong as global warming will hit India the most with its vast coastline and the melting glaciers of the himalayas". Ur other points regarding payments if reactors are dismantled - Absolutely Right
