i donot able to understand why not the parliament approve any deal related to the international deal ?while the sovereignty of the nation lies in the hands of parliament.Is this democracy?

In parlimentry form of Government Cabinet has the powers to sign any deal. It can be debated in the parliament but there is no provision of approval. If any one feels that it is against national interest, No confidence motion can be brought against the govt. So there is no problem with democracy.
