a bureaucrat cannot say abusive things about politicians.

whether we like them or not, they are our rulers for 5 years. the prime minister is like a king and the council of ministers are their mantris.

if do not like some people, do not elect them, but, once elected, we have collectively put them in their place.

We select them to rule by vote. Because whole country cannot go anywhere for diplomatic ties.
