Speaker can not ask for an apology

How can LS speaker ask a bureaucrat to give apology? all nonsense going on.

Chill out ..its india ;) any thing can happen... but i don't want to see following things to happen..

PM --> Lalu/Mulayam or even Karunanidhi
FM --> Shukram
HM --> Sibu
DM --> Arun Gawli or Sahabuddin

i can tell you, anything is possible here..
you just need the numbers to support you in the floor... and any bullshit person can become a minister and rule the country.

(this is personal openion and i am not going to apolozige to anyone for this :) not even to the LS Speaker)
