why bother who has put the bomb.even if terrorists are caught they will be left freely by our generous politicians.
govt of india should reward terrorists for putting bombs and invite dawood,osama,afzulguru ,sharabuddin,terror uddin,killer uddin,rape uddin etc and give them bharata ratna award.
