The article header is misleading. India has only 4 firearms per 100 civilians..far far less than most countries. Even Pakistan has 3 times more firearms.

true thats why indian Govt should supply more arms and ammunation to civilains. BJP & other parties should support my clause, dnt we want the pakistan to be beaten
