Does this survey takes into account only the licensed fire arms, or it also indicates the illegally possessed fire arms as well?

if that's also counted india wd have a ratio of 200 guns per 100 ppl...with person like mukhtar ansari.raja bhaiya, mulyam's holding them in thousands..and public demo's are made time to time

i dont know how reliable these surveys are, does this truly reflects the ground realities which we see? How often or ever we get a chance to see a fire arm( can an middle class indian afford these!) in India.

u get desi katta for 1000 bucks in the illegalmkt u need to know the guys.
guns is big business in india ,its does misfire at times but works for close encounter.
of course the organised mafia uses only the best brands in the world but mostly used are made in india may be in bihar somewhere.
