Arey Dande Waala bhai.. dont start ur negative thoughts and sarcastic comments here.. dont get misled by these datas. read carefully and u will find india is better than many other countries listed below us. DONT JUMP INTO CONCLUSIONS. India is definitely shining and will shine better in coming days.

am not at all being sarcastic.. if you go over the past you'll see that Indian politicians are in a habit of twisting the facts and misrepresenting the data for their own sake. I am just waiting for a report on rediff with a headline "Lalu says India Shining - 2'nd in the arms race"

When india's non-millitary firearm ratio would be 100 out of 100, then India will definitely shine, because US having 90 out of 100 is in the top and shining very brightly. It is simple.
