RE:Legal or illegal arms?

My friend, do you seriously think India has 46 million "legal" firearms? Of course these guys are talking about illegal weapons. Look at the wording given in our Arms Act Laws. They are so vague, that they can be construed in such a way that a screwdriver can be considered an illegal weapon. Imagine this: We want to follow the law, so let's apply for a Screwdriver license... HAHAHAHA!!!!
