I'm from indian occupied kashmir, and i dare say this report is baseless... I've grown up in a state where anti india protests and attacks have been the order of the day. Sometimes we civilians felt that not EVEN THE INDIAN OCCUPATION ARMY HAS LATEST WEAPONS, and that was sometimes the inspiration for us to fight these occupiers.. So the question of civilians touting arms in a country where even their army doesnt have them is farce... Moreover India is a country of half a billion beggars, and suiciding farmers, it cant afford to do this..
That is why even now you have not able to free from the Indian occupied Kashmir. And let me assure you, you never will. Becasue India is not Pakistan, who easily succumbs to any pressure, that is why Bangladesh got liberated from Pakis.
Remember each and every inch of the Indian territory can be defended, but if we want, we can again balkanise Pakistan just like we did to them in 1971.

Your population is counted amomgst beggers in India. If there are beggers in the country, you and your community is responsible for this as you can't do anything else - either begging, surviving on left overs and alms or become terrorists - thats what you know.
