If we are talking about the normal people in that 100 of 100 people not having the gun but the one person who represent us in Assembly and parliament , they have all those guns who make us 4 out of 100. I did not seen anyone in village where more than 5 thousand population having a single man gun.

america is the one country where public are not afraid of politicians, gundas, babus, police etc . long live american freedom . americans hold their head high because even the king needs just one bullet to not be a king anymore . truly america is a democracy. cheers
