Rediff is getting more and more into the habit of writing mileading heading. It used to be a quality website. You need to be clear what kind of a news website you want to be. If you want to be 'masala' website, try to emulate times of india. I used to read TOI for masala and rediff for news. Offlate rediff has gone the TOI way.
The heading for this article is misleading. You should be talking about percentage of fire arms to get the right picture. If the heading was written to catch the readers eye, that is masala journalism. If you thought that was the right heading, I pitty your common sense.
