A new trend is emerging in Northern India in case of hit such as killing by motor cyclists of car owners in Delhi, gamming national high ways at many placesl, burning properties, recent movements by Gujjars/Minas and today in Sonepat etc.,etc., It appears our administrative machincery as well as judiciary has collapsed. Instead of improving, we are deteriorating day by day. Our administrative laws particularly for law enforcement agencies need urgent amendments to suit todays requirements.

You have said it right.however laws are there but implementation is lax due to corruption and political interference.Every bopdy is to be blamed for this and particularly corrupt & spineless administration.
