What is there to be surprised about? You can expect only such things from a state which has chosen to be governed by Maulana Mulayam and Mayawati. In fact, if a seperate survey is taken, I am sure UP will again top with the highest numbers of MPs and MLAs with criminal background.

UP Ki population bhi to dekho......Punjab is very small state n has very less population as compare to U.P..N still its in number 2..
