It was a horrific and gruesome sight to see the youth being beaten mercilessly. Bihar still seems to be in the barbaric era. The chain was restored to the owner and the public should have handed over the youth to the police and they had no business to take law into their hands. Are they human beings or animals? The concerned police officials were suspended. Mere suspension is not enough. They should be dismissed from service. Only then it will serve as a lesson to the others.

then what do u expect us to do ... go to bihar and observe those jerks who actually killed a person showing no mercy .......... its was actually a painful death
