Definition of Nation's Growth
by Lalatendu Deo on Aug 28, 2007 07:58 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

A point of view that the Left Parties possess can not be made as a qualification for their contribution to the nation's well being.

There is a vital question as to what constitute as the growth of nation. Several persons have several answers to it. One being that of the said expert's and another being that of the left party's. Of course, I have my own definition of the constituents of Nation's growth.

To me, what the Left Parties are doing are in line with the process of nation building. Of course, some of their activities go beyond the Democratic way. But that is perfectly acceptable.

Telling some in-coherent things, is not going to give us any solution. We, as voters, have mandated to give ourselves this choice. And if the Left Parties are having a position to dictate the course of the 123 by virtue of it, let it be. We shall surely have ways out.

And I see the positive side of it. By doing all these, the Left has brought us to a situation from where we can extract some more from the agreement. At least there would some clarifications coming from the other side, if not we have further negotiations on the matter. Is not it good for India? Then, shall we not say that they are in for nation's building?

There are several postings here where abusive language has been used. That does not mean those who write these, are bad people. We must take them in our stride. Is not it, Chintu?
