Previously after committing Terror attacks terrorists use to claim responsibility and also put forward their demands. Nowadays terror activities happen without any conditions. What could anybody make out of it?

Why would anybody do it? But it's possible for any Psycho to make and explode bombs and kill people. Psycho - may or may not be a Muslim.
