I for one refuse to believe that muslims can ever call themselves indian, they cannot pledge their allegiance to India, their only allegiance is to Islam.

What a joke...What is the relevance of Vande Mataram... Does the constitution mention it ? Does it say India as Mother India or Bharat as Bharat Mata ? I sing the national anthem, PERIOD !!!

Hi Imran , whats wrong in singing vande mataram? it is not insulting Islam or muslims. this only praises india.born ain india educatedin india and working and getting food in india and dont want to sing vandemataram. shame on u.if u say liek in other country they will siply shoot u on road.change ur mid sets. only muslims in india are happy and living happily.show me one muslims country where muslims are happy .
even if allah comes to this wolrd and tells not to kill u fu---kers may kill allah also for telling that.u people dont know what is relegion ,love affection .

Imran, Dont you think because of the hate propogated in these madrassas (like all religious institutions, they exist only to exert power) Islam is being tarnished ?, i personally think this is a problem of illetracy, joblessness and foreign intervention, and religion is being used as propoganda to brainwash these youth. The educated indians should come out and help others in help and spread dialogue so that communities can develop and communities can exist harmoniously.

People who do not educate themselves are easly to be mislead...Muslims are no expection.
Problem with Muslims today is that we are digressing from Islam and relying more on the Mullahs for information.
I say to the Muslims, read the first Aayat revealed to the Probhet...Iqrah...Meaning read...
Where is our emphasis on education...both School and Islamic...Where is our strive to gain knowledge...Islam is NOT a hierarcial religion...There is no POPE or a Mullah...
Allah gave us all the senses to learn...
To your point Pava, This is a problem...I do what I can...But often falls short...Help me in my cause...by keeping the dialogue constructive...Good to see that from you.

I know how organized religion works, i for one dont take interest in religious books, i also understand the fact that there exist good/bad people in every religion, the most important fact is this, as a human being it is our duty to survive and help others survive, i donot believe in afterlife, for me everything starts here and ends here, if there is afterlife, i for one refuse to go there, and if there is god, and i do encounter him, i will be very critical to him, because of him/her millions of people have persihed in every century in every country, its not us who need judgement day, it is him/her who needs judgement.

So that is the problem with the Madrassas..NOT the religion...I am all for accountability at the Madrassas...
Madrassas have done more harm to Muslims than anyone else...
