hyd has become heaven for terrorists.especially they target poor muslim youth mainly that patabasti.They can be easily lured by money and religious sentiments.There uneducation is major prob for them and encouraging thing for ISI.
FIrst established a base other than mumbai/kashmir. economically destabilisation thru fake currency. many ISI agents hold major shares in the indian stock market to feed them and to purchase arms.
