Yes - ISI could have been behind this.
But at the same time it may not be so also. It is reported Hyderabad is the shelter zone for them for long. Any trouble in Hyderabad could expose their cover. So they may not resort to this.
Then who can do it.
The present Government is beseized from all sides. It is also a possibility that to divert attention of the public from various movements happening in the state vested interests might also have engineered this.
Whenever an explosion takes place, political leadership is asked to stay away till the place is sanitized. This is a standard police practice. But in this case within minutes political leadership makes rounds as if no other bombs exist in the area!!!!!
Further police successfully recover bombs located in another corner of the city. What a quick reaction - as if some tip off is received? Surprising - these bombs are said to have been timed to blast at 9.30 pm. Silly...serial bombings will always go in chain within minutes, one after another, as Mumbai experince tells us.
All this points to many questions.
Congress minister earlier visited the house of a terrorist.
That is the character of the currect congress leadership.

Terrorists things all these to put blame on current Govt. & create anti-national thought. Whether they are Congress or BJP. Attack on Narayana Swamy temple by Terrorist in the past when BJP or Cong in power. Attack on Masjid or in parli. These anti-national elements need to weaken India.

Hope they diffuse the bombs. I think you are one of the terrorist uncomfortable in diffusing the bomb.
