This is not justice but an illusion of justice designed to lull the naive into a false sense of security about the Indian justice system
Lets not forget this is the same week Shibu Soren got with murder because of willful and criminal neglect bu the CBI, pretty usual stuff for them, recently Pratibha Patil has been rewarded with presidentship for her part time activities, and 2 lawyers and Nanda continue to carry on with life as usual.
Let's not have silly posters make grandiose but shallow comments about the Indian justice system because of this verdict.

with the kind of politicians we have in the parliament, we were wasting an asset in Shibu Soren with him in the jail....so its good that he is out to join his friends in the parliament....whats the point in having all mahachors in the parliament and one in the jail....CBI and the Congress are very samrt people to understand that so he is out

the judge can convict only based on evidence presented by the prosecution. if the judgement in Salman's case is upheld its because of the same said evidence. lets feel happy that "justice"is being done based on evidence.

Mr Raul, Who are you to decide Sibu Soren commited murder? There is a system for everything. Rediff comments cannot convict/ acuit a person. Justice system cannot be perfect. Say you kissed a stranger in your room forcibly, who's going to prove anything about that? Evidence is important, not our opinions, that too formed by no so unbiased media.
