Great constitution and laws India has. One can easily live a normal life by killing hundreds of human's and the other is being sent behind the bars just for killing animals? So our constitution has more values for animals rather than humans.

Hayath Khan's smack of a person who is a moron or someone whose heart is not with India. He has no business to make such statements against the constitution. There should be legal proceedings against him for these disrespectful statements against the constitution. Is he qualified more than the great people who drafted the constitution of India ? If killing a buck is defined as a criminal offence in our constitution, then it is an offence. In India, Hindus have sentiments when it comes to animals which are considered divine. If Khan does not respect these sentiments, he should not be living in this country.

Mr Khan, I think you have forgotten, your friend has also killed peoples sleeping at footpath. I would rather say if you have a surname Khan nothing will happen. sunjay dutt went to jail for few months because he was no having surname Khan even though he is muslim follower. Patodi was save because of his last name Khan. Take it easy this is nothing but vote bank for the politicians. In India the law is only for the aam admi and not for rich people.
