Actually the article is about the interpretation of the deal by India and the US differently. yes ofcourse, the text and the context is itself ambigious. The text is writtten in such a way that the counries could interpret it to their convenience in future. But here comments are on communinsts. These poor communinsts can do nothing. They are not India's enemies either. Indians dont worry about NATO's presence at India's backyard( Afghanistan) and they have a great hope that US will make them a superpower in future. They argue that democracies come closer. Did you forget that US destroyed Pakistan's democracy and you see how the world's advanced democracy is cozying up with generals in Islamabad. India can not become a superpower just shouting at these poor communists who have just 59 seats in Loksabha. So you guys have a plan to beat America in the near future and once Amnerica is beaten you are automatically the superpower in the world.There will be noone left to challenge India then.

Why You are forgetting China ?? They never liked India progressing & they will never want so. Why they will want their neighbour is superior ( economically as well as miltarilly ) to them. They have dominating nature & more cunning & shrewd than Indian peoples. That's why they will not even allow India to become a permannent member of security council in UN , which is just a symbolic position of superiority & only USA is boss of UN.
