Expressing an opposing opinion to N-deal is not called a "headless-chicken" in USA, rather a think tank.

Think from both the sides...if good it will good for both US and India...esle will be bad for both the sides....do read the agreements and think what each sections can be used by both the partes for there good and others bad

I read it a long ago. Keeping bad track record of our rulers to protect our national interest in mind, I feel USA will have more benefits from this deal. Concerns about our indegenious Nuclear R&D, Nuclear deterranc are also not misplaced.

what indigenous R & D ? the 1st reactor at tarapur was donated by USA, the rest built with Russian help.

if thats donated we respect the help...but that does not mean we are obliged and we will do what they as they helped us sometime back...and we deny that help
