It seems that the N Deal is between BUSH and Manhmohan and not between USA and India. There intention seems freindly and fair, but once Bush is gone, we may be in soup.
How to close the open interpretation dilemma is a key to the success of this agreement.
As India is not an agressor from any point of view but than very much patriotic to defend ourselves, I suggest Congress, respectable scientist including our Dr. Kalam , Left, Other opposition and representitive member of intelligentsia from other fields including Industry, should sit together with open mind, formulate a strategy on the isuue of Intrepretation dilemma and than present our unanimous view to USA and let them react on this.
