Yes, the Constitution of India certainly needs an amendment. To what effect? To the effect that the Leftist gasbags should have the final say on ANY issue, even if they don't have majority, even if they are in a minority, even if they don't have a single seat in Parliament. And once this amendment comes into force, it should form a basic feature of our Constitution, and it should be beyond any scope of dilution, so long as the Leftists live in India.
