Sir,
Perhaps Kapil Sibal, P.R.Dasmunsi and Kabir Bedi should shed light on why on March 12, 1993, when the bomb blast occurred, Sanjay Dutt did not inform Commissioner of Police Samra, of the nine AK56s, and eighty hand grenades, which were delivered to him on January 16th, 1993, by Abu Salem, Baba Chauhan, Hanif Kadawala and Sameer Hingora?

This would have been of a great help in the detection of the conspirators, of the bomb blasts, at the earliest.

Why on April 14th, 1993, Sanjay denied all involvement, yet, asked his friend Yusuf Nulwala, to go to Ajanta, Sunil Dutt%u2019s bungalow, locate the AK-56, which he had finally kept and destroy it, and a pistol, which was, also, there.
How Nulwalla, passed the security cordon at Ajanta, with the weapons, without Sunil Dutt%u2019s knowledge?

And finally, why Baba Chauhan, Hanif Kadawala, Sameer Hingora, and Zaibunnisa Kazi, who received the weapons, for a few hours only, were convicted under TADA, yet the lucky Sanjay Dutt, who kept the AL-56, two magazines, 250 rounds of ammunition, and a pistol, for three months till detected, has only been convicted under the Arms Act?
From,

PRAKASH RANE
