This is Judiciary
by pradeep kumar on Aug 22, 2007 08:30 PM   Permalink

One thing is greatly clear about the functioning of Indian Judicial System is that it is still working on the same pattern as in the Britsh Raj days 200 years ago. Still adoring the same outfit of lawer and judges of those mediaval days they take the same amount of time to forward the necessary paper as in those day when horse ridden massenger use to take order in week time. Our communication system is at par with the international standard bur sorry to say about the pity state of the judicial system. They operate from the the court and jail premises which British has left. The language used by these people is also monotonous like those days people. How much more year is necessary to come to the present day reality. Though they have computerized in all section still this happen. For God sake its not the war time and the decision is not taken by the judicial people other wise half the country would have won by the enmy.
