The Higher Courts keep on overturning the verdicts of the lower courts. Does it not mean that the lower court judges are incompetent & incapable of delivering proper judgements and need to be thrown out ? How can the higher courts overturn judgements so easily ? I think there is a nexus between the judiciary whose ultimate aim seems to be to let the powerful/priviledged off the hook.

I do not think that Judges are incompetent. Bascially all the are corrupt Probably someone in CBI erased the evidence. Or there are some loopholes in the law which helped Shibu. What about the DNA results from the found body.

High Court Judges are well paid by these Politician who knows this ( High Court ) is a right place.
