You can expect anything from Indian judiciary because most of these judges have been appointed by our politician and they have formed a strong nexsus for their personal benefits.Everyone knows that crime graph is increasing day by day because criminals knows the way. Even nothing will happen in the case of Sanjai Dutt & others.

Dear this ample evident from the Shibhu soren case. So don't talk about ignorance. the procedures r well placed, but politicians r manipulating by hook or by crook. Manu sharma case, Nitish katara case etc r apmle examples to testify what most of us r writing.

It is the lack of proper invetigation and NOT ineffecient judiciary. If u prove the case properly in the court, no judge(even appointed politically) can deny justice. So as said by someone here, they try to "dilute" investigation process.----Manju
