I am Shocked and Bewildered along with my wife and children.This India we try to create for 2020 as envisaged by Dr Kalam.I hope Honorable Supreme Court will take suo moto notice of this judgement by High Court and order fresh trial putting CBI under its direct supervision

it wouldn't exactly help Harsh.. its is not that HC wanted to acquit him..as HC noted, the quality of investigation is poor. it will be the same in SC.. courts are heavily dependent on investigative agencies..they cant make up ruling out of thin air..
considering that JMM is a supporter of UPA govt in center, this is not a surprizing news
