Purpose of Supreme/High court in India
by Dharmendra Tiwary on Aug 22, 2007 07:02 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

The supreme/high courts of India were apparently created to protect the politicians/rich/powerful people of India. I think the biggest single hindrance in the development of India is its supreme court. I strongly feel that there is no need of bloody supreme court of India, it is a total waste of money! And our respectable judges (specially supreme court judges) are nothing but bunch of jokers and extremely corrupt and cowards.

You cannot balme the Supreme court. The court has to go on the basis of evidence presented. Please look at the CBI, why did it make such a weak case? They say that CBI could not prove who the dead person was!! In this day and age of DNA technology, how did that happen?
