I understand CPI-M- Chinese Party in India is holding its meeting. But why in Delhi, why not in Bejing or Shanghai ??

becoz shanghai is a developed city and these commies are quite used to slums! In shanghai's clean air they will not feel "at home"

You are wrong that Kerala support the Left. In fact Kerala dont support left. They bring alternately Congress and Left.
Not like Bengalies where they dont bring any alternate Govt for 30 years !!!!

Since I am also from Kerala but fortunately do not live there, I beleive Keralites are accustomed to bad roads (the worst)frequent power cuts, un-employment,strikes & hartals, health problems and rising prices. They don't want any changes and so they will only support the REDS.
