There should be a rule by which member should loose his entire months salary if he or she is held responsible for disrupting parliamentary proceedings for more than once in a month by a committee comprised of speaker,PM& Opposition leader

FORGET EVERYTHING. THEY HAVE ENACTED LAWS BY THEMSELVES IN SUCH A WAY THAT THEY HAVE BEEN ISULATED IN ALL POSSIBLE WAYS.

Further,If he disrupt the proceedings 5 times in his tenure, he is disqualified and he is no more eligible to contest election.

Yes , this is a better idea bcos if they lose their seat and chance of getting elected then they wud behave. problem is they themselves have to vote for this kind of bill to pass. So it will never happen.
