The last thing the Government needed was Sen's undiplomatic talk. How can a diplomat talk so irresponsibily. I wonder how a person who talks off record so much could be a diplomat all along.

possibly it reflects his IRRRITATION. nobodylikes to be the representative of a bunch of jokers, who care more about minority issues than important ones.
