Indian Parliament is not obliged to read on Internet. Govt has to put it before the parliament. Its not about only reading what is published. The concern is about what is not written, like what will happen if India does N-tests? This matter must have figured during the talks then why cant govt give clarification on such important issues in Parliament. If the end-beneficiaries are the people of India why cant govt explain and clarify all the related issues at proper forum? Giving statements in media doesnt mean anything. See the example of Ronan Sen, one day you say some thing to media and next day you can shed the responsibility for that. Parliament needs assurances from govt in parliament not in press conferences. Another thing is USA senate debated this deal for more than 2 years, why cant Indian parliament discuss on it even for a single session?

Indian Parliament knows one thing >> Thumping the desk and walking out.
You can take horse to water but you can not make him drink water
