I dont say that ther are no good points in this deal but the biggest flaw seems to be about limiting the prospects of developing the nuclear capabilities of India.We must not compromise on our defence with any otehr country be it US or any other country.

There is no limitations on the military use, only that fuel and technology bought under this deal is not used for military purposes. The designated military reactors can be used for the military use.
