It takes only a year or two by mugging a few books to become a beurocrat but it takes several years of commitment to become a good leader.Dont go to exceptions,.This country is being ruines more by beurocrats and less by our leaders.They are simply a parasites and behave in a very high profile manner.They are the real idiots.
