Well.. Marad was definitely a case a communal riot,but it was simply blown out of propotion, cause such things doesnt happen often in kerala. As far as i can remember less than 10 people died in the incident. Compare it to other instances of communal violence in the country and you will see the difference.

50 people attacked a small village in an organised attack. In the earlier days these kind of violence was there?
Chritians vote for the same party that are muslim appeasers.

btw Marad was not a communal riot. it was a planned attack. George it doesnt help to whitewash stuff. Told u not to paint it...Call a spade a spade. By simply terming it communal violence u are sidelining it.
