i've a question. per the nuclear deal, can India do the Nuclear test independently (without the knowledge of US)?

NO BECAUSE YOU CANNOT CONDUCT A TEST IN YOUR BEDROOM. IT CAN BE OBSERVED BY SATELLITES AND SEISEMIC MONITORING.
