Only 2 nations in the whole world are opposing this deal, China and Pakistan.... China has the Most Favored NAtion status with the US and opposes the same status for India. China has got a similar nuclear deal with the US bt opposes the deal with India... Jyoiti Basu of CPM protested against Indian defence againt chinese invasion of india in 1962 and was jailed by Nehru for anti India activities. Basu went on to become the CM of bengal. Commies never condemn Chinese claim of arunachal Pradesh whn the people themselves want top be part of India.. CPM opposes Indian nuclear progress bt has no problems with Chinas nuclear arming of pakistan whch are targeted towards India and supports iranian nuclear program. The communists oppose industrialiazation in India and went on killing 100's of poor farmers in Singur and Nandigram tryin to grab farmers fertile land for setting up industries. Commies are ruling bengal for more than 30 years now and have reduced bengal from being the finest to being the poorest.. Only big industry in commie ruled states bangal and kerala are trade unions and their number one product is strikes and bandh. Commies vociferously opposed introduction of computers by rajiv gandhi, commies cald computers as evil and against national interest. Commies neva condemned chinese invasion of India in 1962. Commies do not recognize aksai chin in kashmir as part of india. Use your logic now...

The commies are the biggest enemies of our country. being in India the support China and are doing evrything possible to benefit their master - China. They seem to be more dangerous than Pakistan's ISI - because thse leftists are controlling two states and are in a very powerful position at Centre to dictate terms. A Weak Govt. headed by MMS and controlled by Sonia yeilds to most of the commies' demands - including projects and issues of National Security. How can a country allow traitors of this kind to live in its soil ?. If the people of india - especially the ones who love this country do not wake-up, it could be too late...

Communism as a form of government in any state, city or village, should be officially banned in India..India is a democratic country..not a Communist..

commies don't celebrate Independence of india.Nor does they acknowledge Ghandhi's contribution to humanity.I wonder how they happened to form a political base in India. Folks the enemy is inside India our own people opposing this deal. I suggest these commies rightly belong in Northkorea not in democratic India. They have destroyed the work culture in kerala where hartal, trade union is their lifestyle

Only two countries r opposing the deal China and Pakistan ok. Following your logic only two fronts the NDA and the Left front are opposing the deal in India. That means both left and NDA are anti-nationals right ???

the above statements were only regarding the communist party's stand on the nuke deal, comming to the point of NDA, they are only taking advantage of the situation in creating problem for the UPA government, this does not mean that they are anti national.

Akshay, its the same Con-gress who had opposed the Nuclear Test in 1998. They had pulled in Media and NGO's and whtever they could have done to oppose NDA. Now the same Con-gress talks of development and energy requirment. Opportunistic???
So as per your standard con-gress tops the list in anti-Indian to be specific. Right???

Here is the difference between NDA and the communists... the NDA sticks to its position (even if wrong). The NDA wants the deal scrapped so that they can conduct more tests like they did in 1998. The communists deplored conducting the tests then, but are against the deal because it will prevent from conducting any in the future? this flip flopping is what makes them anti nationals.
