Ben Laden was celebrated in the White House by Reagan as the Afghan Freedom Fighter. Who is now selling $20 Billion worth of weapons to Saudi-UAE? It is USa. Most of these weapons will end up in Pakistan, as Pakistanis form the bulk of the armed forces in Saudi and UAE. If Raman does not know it, he is a stupid. But I do not think he does not know it. this will be evaluated by the president of US every year - and if he finds any fault he can withdraw from the agreement. Bush may be liberal to india - but what about next president?
within Next 20-30 years trade between asian countries will be much more than between US or E.U. Trade between ASEAN, BRIC, Central Asian countries will be much higher.WE dont need an outsider dictating things in asia. We dont need to Join US to contian China. China cant beat India in any case. If US is that much intrested in India's development - Why dont it support India to get a permenant seat in UN - or why it did not support Sasi Taroor in UN? and why is it supplying Pakistan with the latest weapons.?
