5 - conditions which should be a included in 123 agreement.
1) India must be free to future necular tests and no US law will bar the aid agreed in agreement. 2) Any aid, agreement, sale of arms or any hitech technology by US or any member of IAEA to any country in Asia or at least Indian subcontinent has to be subject to India's approval ( by 3/4th majority of parlament & not like bofors decisions of few ) 3) In the event of war with any country, India should have right to use Necular weapon ( any no ) if attacked by necular weapon. 4) Certification by any future US president should be exempted. 5) India should have right for any necular deal with any country other than US.
