The way political and ruling parties behave, very shortly we can expect either foreign rule or situation like Iraq. None of the politicians know abc of necular technology. Therefore final say must be of necular scientists and not any political persons. There are so many technical flaws which only scientist will be able to address. Committee must comprise of necular scientists, constitutional experts, representative of each political party to save India from the GHOST of 123 agreement.
