Yaar, why is this known as 123 Agreement? Why not 789 Agreement or 456 Agreement or probably Gulaam, Begum, Badshah Agreement? Pade Likhe Log jo yahan par discuss kar rahe hain, aap mere yeh doubt clear do yaar?

The name comes from the Section 123 of the US Atomic Energy Act, under which the US has to conclude any bilateral civilian nuclear cooperation agreement. It just started one with india ... so the Agreement 123. Hope its clear now ... :)
