Read it again. He was only criticising some BJP leaders and showing their foolishness. In no words, did he mention that he belives in HAVANs. In fact he goes on and says "But I have faith in a higher force. I believe it was my destiny to be the prime minister. I have the courage of conviction." Note that, higher force doesn't indicate any specific faith. All he is saying is he deosn't believe in HAVANs and those BJP leaders are foolish to involve in such activities.

I have already replied to this. Read it carefully. He is only implying the intentions and foolishness of BJP leaders. If you still don't understand that's your problem.

That may be your interpretation. But it doesn't matter. Its only your interpretation that cna be called as biased. The original statement still remains secular and unbiased.
