Kakodkar is not right ?
by kk on Aug 17, 2007 02:54 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

While there is no explicit reference to nuclear testing, the U.S. HAS THE RIGHT to demand the return of all supplied materials and items when INDIA tests!
SO, what will the nation do without supplies!

LIES, damn lies!

Dear KK,

I fully agree with u. At the same time we have to remember that we do have the sovereign right to conduct Nuclear test but in that case we have to give notice to USA. Do u think it is feasible. Nuclear Test is one of the most sensitive and top secret operation till the time the nuclear devise is tested. How we can maintain our secrecy if we have to give advance notice to USA.
