Well it is India's right to test. All can understand that. There is a total silence of what the consequances may be. Can someone shed some light on this???
IT DOESNT TAKE AWAY ANY RIGHTS. IF YOU TEST, SIMPLY RETURN THE URANIUM AND GET CASH BACK AT THE MARKET RATES. HOWEVER NO ONE TESTS NOW, ONLY SUPERCOMPUTERS ARE USED.
